the room was spacious. The bed and pillows were Comfortable. the minibar in the room had free drinks included, A nice bonus.
the gym has big area, but not much in it. it would be disappointment when equipment would be utilised. staff pointed me to bookings.com when i asked for extend the stay by a day.

the staff was genuinely warm and helpful throughout my stay i found two types of pillows provided in the room which was a thoughtful touch the mini bar had complimentary drinks a nice bonus the breakfast included a good international food selection.

the shuttle service to the bts station was helpful it ran frequently. the staff was polite and always willing to assist with directions or requests. my room was always clean. the hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch.
i noticed the gym had limited equipment it might be crowded during peak hours.

this hotel fell short of expectations some might have. the breakfast buffet consistently lacked essential tropical fruits such as mangoes or bananas despite thailand's reputation for these. the room setup was also inconvenient as there was only one chair and no suitable table for dining leading my wife and me to eat our room service dinner on the bed. it just wasn't the experience i had hoped for

the rooftop pool was quite nice. i found the staff friendly. the hotel provided a free shuttle to the bts station, this made transport easy.
The gym was a decent size, but it did not have much equipment. i asked to extend my stay. the staff directed me to bookings.com, they did not try to accommodate me better. there was no bar, even at the pool area. I think there should be one.
